R2-4P Minimum Speed Limit

A Minimum Speed Limit (R2-4P) plaque is displayed in combination with a Speed Limit (R2-1) sign when engineering judgment determines that slow speeds on a highway might impede the normal and reasonable movement of traffic. This sign is a vertical rectangle with a black legend and border on a white background.
