About Hall Signs
Hall Signs is a family owned and operated sign manufacturer located in Bloomington, Indiana. In 2019 we celebrated our 70th anniversary, and we're proud to be one of the oldest traffic sign manufacturers and distributors in the United States.
In 1949 Wayne and Martha Hall started a small sign company in their garage on Grant Street in Bloomington, Indiana. They quickly added buying and selling posts to the business, and Hall Signs was incorporated in 1960.
We built our first building on West Third Street in Bloomington, Indiana in 1964.

As the business expanded, so did our need for additional warehouse and production space
In 1964 we built our first building on West Third Street. Over the next twenty years, Hall Signs grew to become one of the largest sign manufacturing companies in the United States. In 1988 the next generation of the Hall family took over the business when Larry became co-owner of Hall Signs along with his wife, Patsy.
By the 1980's Hall Signs had outgrown our existing buildings and added on two additional spaces!
In the 1990's we broke ground on our current facility at 4495 West Vernal Pike.
