9" x 12" Custom Sign

These signs -- I ordered two identical -- have two strong positives and two negatives. First the good news: They look great (especially at a distance). Also they're made of thick metal so are unlikely to bend the way the signs were bent that these are replacing. Now the bad news: First, the film applied to the thick metal has bubbles because it was not laid down expertly. This will invite people who sit close to a sign to pick at it and ruin it. I was able to release some of the bubbles with a needle so the film lays flatter. Second, I ordered this sign without mounting holes because I need to mount to existing holes which are differently spaced; I will drill the holes myself. Unfortunately, the film is applied to metal with holes in it, so those empty circles behind the film are vulnerable to damage as well. I will fill the holes with JB Weld, and hopefully that works.
