Our signs are available as:
• bare aluminum
• aluminum sheeted on one or two sides, no copy
• finished signs ready to install in your bracket or post system

Aluminum
• flat and extruded aluminum blanks are available
• extruded aluminum is available in one gauge and alloy; there are several options for flat aluminum
• blanks may be punched with holes for square post mounting or vandal-resistant bracket hardware, and cut with radius or square corners
 
Reflective Sheeting
• signs are available single-sided or double-sided, in our standard sheeting types
• our standard color combinations include green or blue with white lettering, and white with black lettering
• other combinations are available upon request
• our street name signs can be hand-lettered, silk-screened, or produced with E.C. film
Sizing Your Street Name Blades
• flat and extruded blanks come in several standard sizes
• flat blanks are available in 6", 8", 9", and 12" heights
• extruded blanks are available in 6", 6 3/4" and 9" heights
• the height of the sign and the length of the name determine the length used for street name signs
• a typed or clearly printed list of names should be sent to Hall Signs for sizing
Layout
• street name signs are broken down into three sections: the prefix, the body, and the suffix
• the body is the street name itself, such as "Main" or "Walnut"
• the prefix generally contains a direction (N, S, E, W) or a block number
• the suffix contains Street, Alley, Lane, etc. or a block number
• block numbers can be laid out a variety of ways, so let us know where you want them
 
Lettering
• lettering is available uppercase or lowercase, and in various sizes and series
• letter series is generally B or C
• the standard letter size for a 6" blade is a 4" series C letter
• standard size for a 9" blade is a 6" series C letter
Custom Options
