Select the Right Size for the Job

Dimensions of our sign blanks and finished signs are determined before the radius is cut. Square or rectangle sign dimensions don't change after these cuts; however, triangle and pennant-shaped signs do. Measurements are taken from the "Phantom" points.

Hinged Signs

We offer hinged signs in the same sizes and finishes as standard regulatory signs, but with hinges placed horizontally or vertically for easy folding. The signs can be used in situations where temporary, transportable signage is needed. All of our Traffic Signs are available with hinges. Contact us for pricing and availability.

Aluminum Gauge and Alloy

The gauge of the aluminum refers to how thick the aluminum piece is after the ingot, or formed block of aluminum, has been rolled out into a sheet. The alloy of the aluminum refers to the "strength of the mixture," or the materials used to produce it. We offer a wide variety of aluminum gauges and alloys to meet DOT and customer specifications.
Did you know? Our 3105 alloy aluminum is a post-consumer and industrial recycled aluminum mix, which means that we're tapping into fewer resources and supplying you with a superior product at the same time.
